Office Hours are Monday-Friday
For us to be able to give our clients the best possible service, we ask that all scheduling changes be emailed to us 24 hours prior to the requested change, or the evening before. We try our best to accommodate last minute requests, but cannot guarantee service.
We do not always check email/voicemail over the weekends, so if there is a need for weekend service, we kindly ask that you let us know no later than noon on a Friday.
Walks cancelled after 9 am the day of the walk are charged in full, unless there are extenuating circumstances. If you forget to cancel/reschedule and the walker arrives, you will be billed fully for the walk.
Same day walk add-ons incur a $5 fee.
Payments are due in advance for the week on Mondays. We accept cash, check, e-check, and square cash (debit).
There are no walks on public holidays. Our holidays are the following:
New Year's Day
Fourth of July
