Happy 2019, and year of the Pig
Happy 2019! Looks like winter has arrived! Last weeks' polar vortex was a hoot, but at least we get to enjoy some extra walk time in the nice weather this week.
We've been getting a lot of questions about whether pups need coats/protection etc. in winter weather conditions, so we hope you all find this newsletter helpful.
The holidays are soon approaching, and it's time to stock up on interactive toys for your pup while you're busy shopping, cooking, entertaining, attending middle school tours and all the other fun things that the season may bring!
Important news for July/August
We're nearing the end of summer, and September will be here before we know it--but that doesn't mean there isn't still time to get out and enjoy some quality play with your pups! Because of the recent toxic algae bloom at Prospect Park https://www.prospectpark.org/visit-the-park/things-to-do/dogs/blue-green-algae/, we've compiled a list of short day trips for that quick summer getaway.
It's May, what's new!!
It's almost summer, so we know that means holidays, traveling, family time, summer camps (for kids and dogs!), and of course, changing schedules.
We are kindly asking that if you will be away for any length of time this summer, please let us know as far in advance as you can. This will help things run smoothly from our end, and ensure we don't overbook/underbook.
Please don't forget to cancel a walk 24 hrs ahead of time to avoid being billed!
Spring is almost here
We are proud to announce the completion of our new website, same URL but more comprehensive. We'll be adding videos and instructionals as we go along. Please have a look and let us know what you think!
We are also excited to be a 2018 recipient for Top 20 Dog Walkers in Brooklyn by Expertise!!
Stay calm, friends. Winter is almost over, and with it comes longer walks, new scents, and slimming down for summer ;) Kaysar, you can wake up from hibernation now.
Happy 2018! We hope you've all had a restful holiday break. We hope you enjoy our first newsletter, where you can find winter weather tips, reminders and a list of upcoming holiday closures.
